  • egg;
  • tomato juice or a few fresh tomatoes;
  • Cabbage moon;

Day 1

  • For lunch we prepare a light cabbage salad with avocado. Such a salad will help purify the body (virgin fiber), and olive oil will help keep the skin young and beautiful (this is especially important during the diet). At lunch, we drink a glass of tomato juice or eat a tomato.
  • Dinner will be modest but satisfying. Take any fish, boil or bake in the oven without salt.

2nd day

  • For breakfast, we drank coffee without milk again and allowed ourselves to eat it with a slice of bread (rye). Also, don't forget to drink a glass of warm water before breakfast.
  • At lunchtime, we repeat the menu of last night's dinner - grilled or boiled fish without salt.
  • In the evening, we cook beef. Meat should be boiled or stewed without salt. We wash the dinner with kefir.

3rd day

  • A traditional morning is served with unsweetened coffee with cookies or toast. Remember that a crouton and cookie is just a piece, not a kilo!

  • But for dinner, real happiness awaits us - fruit! That's right, your table on this day can only be decorated with 200 grams of apples, oranges or pears.

Day 5
